Refunds and Returns Policy for Carmen’s Laundry

At Carmen’s Laundry, we are committed to providing you with top-quality products and services. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and pleasant as possible. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Refunds and Returns Policy.

a. Service Eligibility: We offer returns and refunds for our laundry services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service we have provided, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of the service completion date.

b. Product Eligibility: We offer returns and refunds for our related products. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, please contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

a. Service Conditions: To be eligible for a refund for our laundry services, the service must not meet the quality standards we promise. We may require photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory service.

b. Product Conditions: To be eligible for a refund for our related products, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

a. Service Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund for our laundry services, our team will investigate your case. If we find that the service provided did not meet our quality standards, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

b. Product Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund for our related products, we will process the refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

a. Product Return Process: To initiate a product return, please contact our customer support team. You will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For services canceled prior to our scheduled service date, a 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return the original product following the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

8. Exceptions

This policy does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper use, or wear and tear of products after the original purchase.

9. Governing Law

This Refunds and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of South Africa.
